These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Go-Wear (Europe) Ltd. By ordering goods from Go-Wear (Europe) Ltd you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Go-Wear (Europe) Ltd.

Orders
A contract is formed between Go-Wear (Europe) Ltd and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £3.75 no matter how large your order, with the following exception internationally at £6.75.
Delivery
We dispatch all orders within 3 working days, our promise is that if we do not have your item in stock then we will give you free delivery, the refund will be sent by cheque along with your order when it is ready for dispatch, if however you have a multiple order then we will post out the items we do have in stock and the second part of the order will be delivered foc
Offer Order Codes
Offer order codes remain the property of Go-Wear (Europe) Ltd , and can only be used in conjunction with the specific offer advertised and for the period stated.
Cancellations
Must be made with 24 hours of the initial order, otherwise they will be fulfilled
Returns
You may return any item at your own cost within 5 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging, subject to informing Go-Wear (Europe) Ltd by e-mail to info@go-wear.co.uk stating the reason for a refund.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after this period may not be credited unless they are faulty.
A return address to our supplier(s) will be provided if a return is deemed acceptable
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors
